#333333\">Before setting up the sessions, I would transfer to you the exchanges of emails and proposals from clients, so that you can validate or not the proposal of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Once it\u2019s ok, I take care of everything with the clients so you can go to other occupations (like rest or choose your best socks to come see us \ud83d\ude09) :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">We also inform them that time is devoted to changes in their projects on the day of their appointment,\u00a0<strong>we do not send the drawings in advance<\/strong>, just to make sure nobody steals them \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333\">I am used to work and organize schedules with\u00a0<strong>Google Agenda<\/strong>\u00a0(Google Calendar) once I have booked a first appointment you will find these info:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333\">- Date \/ Time<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333\">- Infos of the client (name \/ phone \/ emails)\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333\">- Additional information and customer request\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333\">- Reference photos and area<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333\">- Pricing of the session (we put a price range to leave some room for creation, and that it can be more comfortable for you)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">I would give you access to this agenda and the drive folder including all visual references.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><div class='ff-el-group'><div class=\"ff-el-input--label asterisk-right\"><label   aria-label=\"Est-ce que cette fa\u00e7on de communiquer (Google Agenda) est ok
