To simplify our exchanges and make sure you can spend a pleasant week with us in the studio, here is some information about my way of work :
Before setting up the sessions, I would transfer to you the exchanges of emails and proposals from clients, so that you can validate or not the proposal of the project.
Once it’s ok, I take care of everything with the clients so you can go to other occupations (like rest or choose your best socks to come see us 😉) :
We also inform them that time is devoted to changes in their projects on the day of their appointment, we do not send the drawings in advance, just to make sure nobody steals them 😉
I am used to work and organize schedules with Google Agenda (Google Calendar) once I have booked a first appointment you will find these info:
- Date / Time
- Infos of the client (name / phone / emails)
- Additional information and customer request
- Reference photos and area
- Pricing of the session (we put a price range to leave some room for creation, and that it can be more comfortable for you)
I would give you access to this agenda and the drive folder including all visual references.
